I love this riff and only very recently got the final chord movement right! Larry Carlton's work with Steely Dan is legendary - he is easily one of the greatest guitar players of all time and multiple Grammy award winner!
Larry has an awesome web site and some excellent teaching materials (including and excelent blues series available at truefire http://bit.ly/jgtr-lctf ). If you've not heard him, my recommended first listen is "Last Night" an amazing live album, or his classic "335". I had the pleasure of meeting LC a couple of years back and there is an interview on my web site in Masterclasses! He's a real cool cat, good fun and down to earth.
Taught by Justin Sandercoe.
